Each piece will be handmade using artist quality materials with excellent lightfast ratings on acid-free, archival paper, wood panels or canvas.

I would love to gather some in-depth information regarding your vision for a custom piece. Below are some basic guidelines to look over before submitting your request.

Please Note: As an artist, I reserve the right to decline any work of a graphic or violent nature or due to poor reference photo material

 

Before requesting a commission, please be sure to have an image that you can attach to your submission email. This helps tremendously in preparing me for our conversation and providing you with a quote for your piece. When providing an image, please keep in mind that you must own the images or hold the copyright. The image must be clear with good lighting in digital format so I may have the most  amount of detail visible to reference.  Further images may be required that are larger sized or higher resolution.

 

After the initial proposal email and review of your reference photos, I will complete an initial price estimate as well as an estimated time frame for completion of the piece.  Upon client approval, a detailed project contract will be emailed for review to be signed and returned to the artist prior to beginning work.

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing to cover time and materials.

​

The remaining 50% balance (plus any additional fees for edits requested by client) is due in full once the project is completed and approved, prior to shipment.

​

The artist is not liable for any damage or loss to the artwork through shipment process and a claim would be made with the postal service through insurance taken out at the time of shipment.

Pricing is determined on the size, complexity and materials needed for the piece

Shipping quotes will be included for approval in the artist/client contract. 

Quotes for a mat and/or framing furnished upon request.

Additional components of the piece such as multiple people/animals, full body portraits, backgrounds or complexity of design may result in additional costs.
